Memberships

Membership terms:

Payments for the memberships will be processed on the same day of the month as the date you signed up on every month. You also have the option to make a one time payment for the whole year at the time of purchasing your membership. Each monthly treatment of your 12 month membership plan has an expiration date of 31 days. It will not "roll over" into the next month if you miss using your service in a given month. If you do not show or fail to cancel an appointment within the 24 hr. cancellation policy you will lose that month's appointment. However if you cancel your appointment 24 hrs. in advance of your appointment time you will be given a no charge appointment rescheduling allowance.  Your membership is non-transferable. You are the only person who can use it.  The member is responsible for contacting the spa to update their payment on file as needed. I understand that gratuities for great service are not included in my membership. Gratuities ("tipping") may be made in the form of cash, or a check made out to the technician.  I understand that there are multiple technicians if my usual technician is not available at the time I want to fulfill my monthly service, I can see another therapist that fits my schedule. I am not locked into one service provider.  There will be a $95.00 cancellation fee if you wish to terminate your membership. Cancelling your membership will also mean that you will resume paying normal pricing for our services as well as lose the perks that come along with our membership.
